  2. Choose Your Sessions

    Access sessions on the Warkworth, Hibiscus Coast, North Shore, West Auckland East Auckland, Central Auckland, and South Auckland. Attend any location that suits your schedule.

  3. Train With Your Group

    Join age and experience-matched groups and pick a training load that suits you: 1-5 times a week.

  4. Stopping The Membership

    Minimum 4 week sign up period (2 weeks after sign up, 2 weeks notice before leaving)
